1Introduction

3Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on the Mega77 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. Mega77 strictly prohibits participation by individuals under 21 years old. We enforce this requirement through mandatory KYC verification and reserve the right to request proof of age at any time.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. Persons who are legally incapacitated, under guardianship, or otherwise restricted from entering contracts are not eligible to register.
3. Single Account: You may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances derived from abusive activity.
4. Not a Restricted Person: You must not be a current or former employee of Mega77 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment partners, nor a close family member of such persons, unless explicit written consent has been granted.
5. Accurate Registration Details: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and truthful. You must keep your registered details current and notify Mega77 promptly of any changes.

4Account Registration & Verification

To create an Account, you must complete the registration form on the Platform and provide the information requested, including a valid email address, date of birth, and other personal details as required. Registration constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

4.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

Mega77 is required under its licensing obligations to verify the identity of all Players. We may request the following documents at any time, including but not limited to prior to processing your first withdrawal:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Malaysian National Identity Card — MyKad, passport)
• Proof of residential address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of the payment method used (e.g., bank statement, screenshot of e-wallet)
• Source of funds documentation, where applicable

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and witholding of withdrawal requests until verification is completed.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been carried out by you. Mega77 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account or any security breach. Mega77 will never contact you to request your Account password through any channel.

4.3 Account Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed. Accounts subject to active investigations may not be closed until the investigation is concluded.

5Terms of Use

By using the Mega77 Platform, you agree to abide by the following conditions of use at all times. Breach of any of these conditions may result in the suspension or termination of your Account.

• You will use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only and will not use it for any commercial, business, or professional advantage.
• You will not use any automated software, bots, scripts, spiders, web crawlers, or other artificial means to access or interact with the Platform.

6Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

Mega77 accepts deposits via the following verified Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Minimum deposit amounts are published on the Platform and may vary by payment method.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, anonymous payment methods, or cryptocurrency exchangers not expressly approved by Mega77 are not permitted and will be reversed where identified.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification completion. Mega77 targets the following processing timeframes under normal operating conditions:

6.3 Anti-Money Laundering

Mega77 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any withdrawal. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. Where required by law or our licensing authority, we may report transactions to the relevant authorities without prior notification to the Player.

7Bonuses & Promotions

Mega77 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, birthday bonuses, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times on eligible games before any associated winings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Game contribution rates are published in the relevant promotion terms.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each promotional offer may be claimed once per eligible Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Abuse: Mega77 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winings if, in our reasonable judgement, a Player has attempted to exploit a promotion through multi-accounting, irregular betting patterns, or any other form of abuse.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the period stated in the applicable promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited.
• Amendments: Mega77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated to affected Players with reasonable notice where practicable.

8Betting Rules

All sports bets and casino wagers placed on the Mega77 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or betting market, as published on the Platform. The following general rules apply to all wagering activity:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation except where specifically permitted by in-play cashout functionality or similar features.
• Mega77 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a manifest error has occurred in the display of odds or game parameters. In such cases, affected stakes will be returned to the Player's Account.

9Prohibited Conduct

• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate registration or KYC information
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Using or exploiting software errors, game glitches, or technical faults to accumulate winings
• Employing any form of artificial intelligence, betting algorithm, or automated betting system without prior written authorisation from Mega77
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or using the Platform to facilitate any illegal financial activity
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the Platform
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward Mega77 staff or other Players through any channel

10Intellectual Property

All content on the Mega77 Platform — including but not limited to the Mega77 name, logo, design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and all other intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to Mega77 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of Mega77.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mega77 excludes all liability to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes but is not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the Platform
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control
• Errors in displayed odds, game results, or account balances that are subsequently corrected
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit Mega77's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12Privacy & Data

15Governing Law & Jurisdiction

You acknowledge that Mega77 is an internationally licenced platform.
